Rachel has experience working with a wide variety of individuals and body
types and values communication, compassion, and integrity as her most
valuable therapeutic skills. She is currently licensed and insured in the
State of Illinois.

"I have a passion for helping people live pain-free and productive lives
through bodywork. Each session is individually customized based on the
concerns and goals of the client-from relaxation to pain relief. Key to the
effectiveness of my work is the value I place on communication and trust by
letting my client and his/her body guide my work. Prior to ending the
sessions, I empower my clients by providing appropriate self-care
techniques and educational resources. In this way, the healing process can
continue in between sessions. I look forward to meeting you." Rachel
Keefer, MA, LMT, CMTPT, NCBTMB

About Us
Company Citizenship

For me, healing goes beyond the massage table in the course of doing business. As a business
owner, I aim to use my position to create a healthier planet and to promote personal and
community empowerment. In such, I make the following pledges:

  • I pledge to run a green business: This means that I will strive to use organic,
biodegradable, sustainably sourced, and/or fair trade supplies and equipment, and
encouraging others in the business community to do so, whenever possible.

  • I pledge to reduce, reuse and recycle whenever it is practical and hygienic to do so.

  • I pledge to support small, local, and family businesses whenever I have a choice.

  • I pledge to "pay it forward" by donating 5% of all profits to charity.
